If anybody was wondering, the golf course in Childress, TX is not very nice. My friend Andrew and I were on our way back to Dallas from Canyon this weekend, and we were getting a little tired of sitting in the car, so we decided to play a few holes of golf. It was the worst course I had ever played, but the older lady that worked in the pro shop was really nice. That story is now on "my good stories while driving in between Canyon and Dallas" list. The other stories that are on the list are the It'll Do Motel experience of the Orange Team, Sarah Mac's exciting stop in Memphis while alliances were formed and battle lines drawn between vehicles of the Orange Team, Annetta mooning the crowd at a gas station in Childress, and pelting Brad Hickman in the forehead with a sausage ball from across the parking lot in a gas station only to see him swell up immediately. And in a shout out to Nate and Ramsey, that was also the highway that we truckers stayed at while the rest of our team was at the Camelot Inn. You can't give me crap for stopping for dinner to eat with some Canyon folks, b/c we still made it farthur than van world. Needless to say, I love highway 287.

In other news, does anybody want to buy my Xterra?

I love free internet. Where do you get free internet you ask? Well, I rip it off several places as do Amber, Sarah, and Hannah. Right now I am using the internet of a business in Midland, TX. I settled down to take a nap in their parking lot (in a rental car) and couldn't sleep, so I am happy someone has provided the internet for me. I am waiting for one of my good friends to get out of football practice (he is a coach, not a player). That is how random my life is right now. I enjoy it for the most part.

Hello everybody. I hope all of you are doing great. Things are pretty good with me. A lot is going on but it doesn't feel like a lot. I am in College Station with my buddies from my college days. We plan on coming down for a game once a year. We are on year 2, so hopefully we can keep it up. I love traditions with my friends. But ironically, I oppose most traditions at this school b/c people are too insane about them.

Well, here is a little bit about what is going on with me...I have been in Dallas for all of like 5 days. I am staying with a very close friend, but he has been out of town for all but one of the days I have been there. I got to hang with some SL folk who were at Conclave, and I can't take that for granted anymore. It was great; plus I got a few meals on SL. I have gone to a few youth minister gatherings around the state, and that has been great fun. I am thoroughly enjoying this new job opportunity. It is very unstructured, which can be good and bad. I am not sure if it is going to work out for me and for SL for the long-run but I will let you know. It was good for both parties to do this on an experimental basis.

I had a blast at the David Crowder concert last night. I got to see some good friends like Amanda Humphries, Steven H., Clint Reiber, and many others. It was a phenomenal concert. David puts on an incredible concert. The crowd was mesmerized.

Thanks to all who have visited my site.

Hello Everybody...I am so glad that you have decided to visit my site. Hopefully this is the continuation of quality conversation with my friends. For the record, I do prefer phone calls over emails or web postings, so never hesitate to pick up the phone. If you are wondering what Ushady stands for, it was the my team's nickname for the rec. truck this summer. We had some pretty memorable moments and traditions in the truck. I'll name a few for the sake of having a longer post and amusing myself (at least I think I am funny): we formed tight connections with other Uhaul drivers my attempting conversations with all of them; we had routine dance parties and other cars joined in occasionally; of course we had our traditional songs; Josh and I held ourselves to the standard 3 hour trip after drinking 4 bottles of water each in honor of Caroline's commitment to the team; I believe our record was 13 truck honks in a row; Sarah and Kanon voted me on their island; the Joshua K. show provided comfort, peace, and reflection for its listeners; and those who truly blessed us in the truck with their presence was the best highlight of all. I apologize for flooding you with a few memories from the summer, but I was so blessed by and I miss the people so much that I was surrounded by this summer. We could not come close to remembering all of the great things that happened this summer. It was a great team to end my run. Oh, and thanks to those who have encouraged me (especially our EC) to get my own site. We'll see how I do with this whole Xanga thing.
